Play tic tac toe online for free against the computer or a friend in this version made by the CrazyArcade team. There are three boards to choose from. Classic is the familiar 3x3 grid: X and O take turns, and three marks in a row across, down or diagonally wins. If all nine squares fill with no line, the game is a draw. Five in a Row uses a 15x15 grid, and the first player to line up five or more marks in a straight line wins. Ultimate is a 3x3 grid of nine small boards. The square you choose inside a small board sends your opponent to the matching small board, so playing the top right square sends them to the top right board. Three in a row wins a small board, which then shows one big mark. Win three small boards in a row to win the game. If you are sent to a board that is already won or full, you may play in any open board. The boards you may play in glow. Against the computer you can pick Easy, Medium or Hard. On the 3x3 board Hard is called Impossible because it plays perfectly and can never be beaten. You play X and the computer plays O. The first move switches sides after every finished game, and a tally counts wins and draws for the session. Your best win streak against each computer level is saved on your device.
