Cat Tic Tac Toe is the classic three-in-a-row game with cute cat symbols in place of Xs and Os. On a 3x3 grid, you and your opponent take turns placing a cat, and the first to line up three horizontally, vertically or diagonally wins. You can play against another person or against the computer.
