Memory Pairs is a card-matching game made by CrazyArcade. All the cards start face down. You flip two at a time, and if they show the same coloured shape they stay face up. If they do not match, they turn back over, and you have to remember where each one was. There are three sizes. Easy has 6 pairs on a small grid that suits young children, Medium has 8 pairs, and Hard has 12. The game counts your moves and your time, and it saves your best result for each size, so you can see yourself improving. It is a quiet game with no time pressure and no reading needed, which makes it a good pick for kids and for families playing together. Our memory game guide has a few simple techniques, like checking the cards in a fixed order, that cut down the number of moves a lot.

A: Yes. Easy mode has only 6 pairs, the cards use simple shapes and colours, and there is no timer pressure.
A: Fewest moves for each size. If two games have the same moves, the faster time wins.
